The Statewide CHIC Partnership in conjunction with the Gold Coast Partnership Council welcomes CHIC Partnership Council members and thewider primary health care sector to the Connecting Healthcare in Communities 2010 Forum “Potent Partnering -Worth the Effort”

Productive partnerships between primary healthcare providers and people working in other sectors and community members are critical for progressive effective change in the health of the population.

 

We welcome you to join us on the Gold Coast to celebrate successful partnerships and prepare for future partnerships to improve the health of Australians.  

 

The Conference Organising Committee is developing a program that offers a range of formats in which to contribute to the conference including customary keynote and poster presentations to more interactive grass roots workshops and strategic ‘think tanks’.

 

In the spirit of partnerships, we invite collaboratives, organisations and individuals to deliver presentations for the conference program. We hope you use your networks, experience and skills to develop an interactive and informative presentation for the audience and submit an expression of interest.

 

Finally, we draw your attention to the wide variety of professional development and networking opportunities that the AHPA 2010 National Conference offers.
